ICANN requires registrars to verify that domain registration details are accurate. Once a registration completes, the registrar may send a verification email to the registrant address.
- You have 15 days to click the link in that email and finish verification.
- If the deadline passes, the domain stops resolving until verification is complete.
- Deliberately supplying false details, or another person's details, can lead to the domain being cancelled without a refund.
Keep the registrant email address real and reachable. To change registration details, use the domain page in the client area.
