Billing

The payment methods available to you are listed at checkout, and they can differ by currency, amount and region.
Online payment
Card and wallet payments are handled by a payment provider outside our site. They settle immediately, which matters when you are registering something that could be taken by somebody else in the meantime. We never store your full card number, and the card details are entered on the provider page, not ours.
Bank transfer
Good for larger amounts and for company processes that need a transfer record. It is slower because it has to be matched to your invoice manually.
Put the invoice number in the transfer reference so it can be matched quickly. Submit the payment confirmation afterwards, and allow for cross-border clearing time. Intermediary banks sometimes deduct a fee, and if the amount that arrives is short, the difference still has to be paid.
A word of warning that is worth repeating: near an expiry date, use something that settles immediately. A transfer started on the last day may not be cleared in time.
Account credit
Add funds in advance and orders draw on the balance. For a portfolio this is the useful one, because automatic renewals do not depend on a card that might have expired.
Currencies
Prices can be shown in more than one currency. Switching changes the currency of the order; if your card is in a different currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fee are set by your bank or provider, not by us.
Invoices
An invoice is issued for each payment and can be downloaded at any time from the client area. Company name, address and tax number come from your account details, so keep those accurate before you need the invoice.
If an order still shows as unpaid
Check whether the online payment actually completed, whether a transfer is still awaiting confirmation, or whether the amount sent was less than the invoice total. Then open a ticket with the time, the amount and the invoice number.
