Invoices Every payment produces an invoice. It is available in the client area as soon as payment completes, can be downloaded and kept, and shows what was bought, the period it covers, and the amount paid. The name, address and tax number printed on it come from your account details. Fill those in before you need the invoice: correcting one afterwards means reissuing it, which takes longer than typing it correctly the first time. Tax The seller is registered in the jurisdiction stated on the invoice. Whether tax is charged, and at what rate, depends on where the seller is and what is being sold - it is shown on the invoice itself rather than estimated here. If you need a specific tax wording or registration number on the invoice, put the requirement in a ticket and include the details to be printed. Refunds The general position on domains: the registration fee is not refundable once the domain has been registered, because the registry charges it at that moment. This applies even if you change your mind immediately afterwards, and it is a rule of the registry system rather than something we can waive. Other services are covered by the cancellation and refund policy, which sets out the right of withdrawal where it applies, and when a refund is available. When an order does not complete If a registration is rejected or a transfer fails, the amount is returned to your account credit and can be used on another order. Where the money came from a payment method and needs to go back the same way, open a ticket and we will handle it according to what that payment method supports. Disputed charges If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before raising it with your bank. A chargeback on a delivered service suspends the service, and the payment provider fees are charged to us, which the terms pass back to the account. A ticket usually resolves it faster.
