Two routes, and it is worth knowing which one to use.
The help centre
Most routine questions are already answered there: how registration works, how to move a domain in, what to do about a certificate, how a renewal behaves. Checking there first is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
A ticket
Use a ticket when the answer is specific to your account. A ticket keeps everything in one thread: the history, the attachments, the replies, and what was done. Email works too, but a ticket is easier to follow and easier for us to hand to the right person.
What makes a ticket fast
Describe the symptom, not the feeling. Opening example.com shows a 404 is something we can act on; the website is broken is not.
Give the timing: when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and whether anything changed recently - nameservers, contacts, a transfer, a renewal.
Give the scope: one domain or all of them, one device or every device.
Say what you have already tried, so the same suggestions are not made twice.
Include the identifiers: the domain, the order number, the invoice number. For a payment issue include the time and the amount.
Attach the evidence: the screenshot, the exact error text, the mail headers. Blur what is personal - but do not blur the error.
Priorities
High: the service is down or there is a security risk - a site that will not load, a suspected hijack, an unexpected sign-in.
Medium: something is wrong but work continues - DNS not propagating, mail landing in spam, a certificate stuck in validation.
Low: questions, suggestions, pre-sales.
Marking everything as urgent does not make it faster. It makes the genuinely urgent ones slower.
Things that must go through a ticket
Changing the account email or phone number. Resetting two-factor or recovering a locked account. Unlocking a domain and authorising a transfer away. Changing invoice identity or tax details. These change who controls the account, so identity has to be verified first.
One ticket per problem
Sending the same question in several tickets splits it across queues and makes it slower, not faster.
